- Client is aware that by paying 50% non -refundable booking fee they are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
- Booking Fee is non- refundable, however it is transferable subject to availability.
- The booking fee should be paid within 24 hours of receiving the booking form, London Party Decor Ltd can not hold dates for any clients.
- Cancellations will NOT receive the non refundable booking fee, however if you have paid in full and cancel 2 weeks prior to you booking London Party Decor Ltd will refund 50% of the charges.
- Once the balloons are in the clients possession, they are no longer the responsibility of London Party Decor Ltd.
- Latex allergies MUST be declared before booking.
- Any damage/lost/stolen prop will be invoiced to the client.
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all the details on the booking form are correct and to let London Party Decor Ltd know if there are any changes which need to be made.
- Hire equipment is for 24 hours only, if you are needing it for longer than this we will require £1o0 per day depending on the items.
- Balloons are hazardous to children and animals (risk of choking). Please do not leave children or animals unattended near balloons.
- Do not put balloons in direct sunlight, by a radiator, in a car or shed overnight.

- Balloons are delicate. Please avoid letting children play or use sharp objects near the balloons.
- By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client understands the use of adhesive hooks and understands the risk of damage.
