If you have paid a deposit and the booking is cancelled the deposit is non-refundable, if you have paid the full amount and the booking is cancelled 4 weeks we will refund half of the total. If you have paid in full and cancel within 4 weeks of the event, no money will be refunded.

The information we need from you in order to complete the booking is contact name, number, full address, time and date of the booking and the package you require, we will the give you a quote and if your happy we go ahead and book you in!
We are available for site viewing and telephone consultations between 9-5PM Mon – Fri . Weekends – Events only
Helium Latex- will last between 24-36hours
Foil balloons- up to 3-5days
Bubble balloons- up to 7 days
Balloon garland- up to 14 days
Balloon bouquets- up to 7 days
Depending on what your having, each set up time may vary. For set ups including backdrops and large display items it may take us up to 2-3 hours and some set ups may take 30 minutes
Yes all of our balloons are filled and ready for when they are delivered or collected
We require a deposit to secure your booking, full payment will be require 1 week prior to your booking. If your booking is within less than a week we will require full payment
